Payment Options

We currently only accept payment through PayPal or Google Checkout. Companies with approved references may be eligible for a Credit Account - call us on 0845 065 8243 for further details. We are unable to accept credit or debit card payments via telephone.

We do not charge your credit card until we have shipped your order.

Shipping

We take great care to ensure your items reach you in a satisfactory condition.

Orders are usually dispatched on the same business day provided we receive your order by 3:00pm. We currently only deliver to UK addresses.

Lucid IT Security offer a Flat Rate Shipping policy:

Flat Rate Delivery Cost - £9.95 Excluding VAT (£11.44 Including VAT)

Orders are usually shipped by Royal Mail Next Day Special Delivery which will require a signature on receipt.
